Free Standard Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all massage chair orders within the continental United States. We partner with trusted freight carriers to ensure your chair arrives safely and securely.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:
- East Coast: 2-4 business days
- Central US: 3-5 business days
- West Coast: 4-7 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website. For freight shipments, the carrier will typically call you 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
Delivery Process
Our standard delivery is Curbside Delivery. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the curb or end of your driveway.
Please note:
- Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing.
- If you notice significant damage, please note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at support@getluxerest.com.
